[in english: good event! tough terrain!]
also, it was frosty this morning. nooooo, go away cold weather!!!!
Ok screw writing in Swedish for a second, on the way to the start triangle I SAW A HUGE MOOSE :D woopee! It was so cool!
antibiotics have made my aids better (there is no more pus, haha) but felt quite sick last night and this morning...which is probably from all the pills :S
On the other side of stora le on a sweet single track I found. Twas lovely :)
oh but I came to the lake crossing to find it broken!!!! So my options were to swim across, or swing across on a piece of rope (dodgy option) or turn around and go back.
long terrain run
started and finished on tracks, but mostly in terrain.
unfortunately the bit i chose to run through (which looked sweet on the map) was all felled! so i bailed quick smart as it was incredibly slow and unpleasant (above time doesnt include the section through here (took 20mins) since it was so slow)
but then got to the most beautiful forest, and it was really nice :)
stacked on the track coming back and smashed my hand. hurt like a mother!
Got some medicine from the dr, some antibiotics I think and also some cream cortisone stuff
so glad I took all the bandages off, they were making it way worse!!

Not feeling like it today
so I wussed out on a proper run :(
spent many hours in the hospital today, trying to get a diagnosis for my forest aids (which has spread to like half my leg)
still not sure what it is, will have to wait for test results, but in the meantime my leg is bandaged to my eyeballs! will be interesting to run with it on....
time is a guess, as i spent a lot of time thrashing around in a green marshy patch...time on my watch was 1hr 20 but i think 1hr will do.
took it pretty chilled, found the controls fine (probably cuz i was taking it chilled)
but then found this green marshy patch and it was awful!!! i had to wade through it all for ages! think i scared a moose at one point cuz i heard something huge galloping off!
