orienteering race 48:16 [4]

event near sarpsborg i think, not far from fredrikstad. small area but really tricky! i supose everywhere here is like that (i.e tricky)......
made 2 large annoying mistakes, and some small ones. felt good running, better than yesterday. cool to go to a regional event!

cant get over how nice the maps and forests are here! amazing :D
dont know much norwegian or swedish yet though....

running 2:15:46 [3]

epic epic mish run.
ran out and started to do a course on a nearby map, but after like 5mins i was soooo sooo hungry and felt really weak running through all the heather etc. tried to continue on but was going so hopelessly slow that i bailed on that and just ran along the tracks for ages. found a cool tower thing too.
cant say it was too enjoyable considering how hungry i was!! but still, the forest here is amazing :)))))

Fredrikstad club training. coooooooool map, this part of norway is awesome! navigated much much better than at woc etc. how annoying.
felt good! it was raining though......typical norway.....

got 0 sleep on the overnight train from trondheim last night, so slept in the morning when i arrived at fredrikstad. it was goooood :)
