lost atleast 3-4mins on the first 3 controls, was navigating terribly!!!! then got my act together and did the rest ok. never really felt in control or that i had any flow though :(
pretty dissapointing cuz that kind of mining is my fav!!

really good fun, had some little wobbles and one really stupid route that i lost time on but other than that it was ok.
really really good experience running with the seniors this weekend :)
made a biggish mistake on the second loop so lost everyone i had been running with...then got abit of a shock when i picked up the 3rd loop map so ran the rest telling myself i should have run juniors.
which was stupid cuz i forgot to keep being aggressive and push myself regardless.
was fun though :)
didnt do these real hard cuz
a) my calves were hurty (from actas)
b) i pulled my hammy yesterday whilst gardening
c) im tapering for the w/e.....specially since there is like 7% climb on sunday :S :S
felt fast though :)
run with some cockies around the lake
felt ok, calves hurt abit :( i think gym has been making them tight....
then we looked at maps for the vic nol, which was gooood :)
