we did some bare foot 500s on the greeeen track at stromlo
legs felt awful and heavy and i struggled moving them :(
so i only did like 2 and then lay on the grass.....
grr i suck
attmpted a run today, but felt so tired and light headed i didnt get far :(
have nooo idea why i would be feeling like this. my life is pretty chill at the moment (no job, no school etc)
fartlek kinda stuff since i randomly did some 100s, 200s, 500s and lots of hills.
felt stiff and tight (specially in the calves) so coudnt get myself going fast and struggled abit on all the non-hill ones.

i earnt $20!!!! woo now i can afford that trip to europe :P

went waaaay too conservatively :S
wanted to hold back abit at the start (since i usually go too hard) and then go harder on the second lap....so i held back abit too much maybe and then i was distracted on the second lap cuz i needed to go to the toilet.....
grr
could have gone way faster!!!
