felt tired and sore.......should have done more running this week but so much other stuff going on...

after arriving in ballarat this morning and having a nap, went to do the terrain loop up in the pretty pine forest :)
feet hurt whilst warming up - discovered i have some sort of bite/sting on my foot which has gone all gross and blistery and hurty....
felt ok doing the loops and did a massive PB of:

maybe should have done 3........

along the yarra and around the tan and stuff.
was pretty boring actually :S

went for a run with Ais about 4hrs after my run this morning...which was pretty hard cuz Ais runs fast!!!
good fun though, she took me out to a different part of melbourne (dont actually know where...haha) and it was pretty cool :)
trailed along behind her for most of it though...

easy run with lachy in melbourne. took alot longer than this but my foot hurt so i wanted to walk most of it (i have a weirdo bite thing near my toes that really hurts..) soo 20mins is about how long we actually ran

probably one of the best long runs i have ever done :D
the tracks around lorne are soo pretty, very green and lush and heaps better than dried up canberra...
ran from the beach to erskine falls via phantom falls.
soo fun :)
