did not feel like running this today, mainly because i was not feeling very confident in my racing ability at the moment so was expecting to be slow slow slow....and i felt baadd on my warm up.
so i took the first half easy with george (which was fun) and then started to push after the turnaround. and HOW ANNOYING i started to feel better and better the faster i went!!!
so i finished feeling really good, and now i am SO annoyed at myself for not doing a longer warm up and then racing it properly.

we stopped and did the exercise things next to the bike path for abit of a circuit thing (included in time - twas very intense)
and we stopped for a picnic luch and ice cream :D
george was a good riding partner, and it was a really nice day so this was fun!
