running intervals 59:22 [5]
went to aths to run the 3km....but discovered it was going to cost me $16 since im not a member.
and im not paying $16 dollars to run around a track 7.5 times!!!
so i did intervals on bruce ridge instead: 12 x 2mins with 1min jog recovery.
did them on the single tracks so they weren't super fast...still pretty hard though
