pretty slow run
felt bad for the first hour, then good for the last ten minutes which sucks! would have kept going but mother was leaving :(

saw a guy riding the single tracks on a unicycle!

haha took this so chilled, went kinda hard at the start and then felt bleugggh so stopped to talk to mother (at the water station) for abit. then jogged back to the finish, but decided to do the last ~1km harder.

so yes quite a slow time, which i was expecting....oh well it was such a beautiful day at orroral :)

mother has been making me rest more since i've been feeling tired recently....so not much training this week...

spent all day today on a bio excursion so missed ACTAS :(
but bio was awesomeee cuz we went to the museum of disease at UNSW and it was SO interesting seeing all the diseased body parts :P
