put some tapes out on narrabundah hill for me and eons terrain loop. i think it should take us around 6-7mins which is ok....it has some good hills and stuff in it :D

sat on one of the bikes in the gym for half an hour cuz i got there so early.
stationary bikes are SO boring!

legs hurrrrt, lungs hurrrrt (still recovering from sickness, but think i am basically better)
pretty much a fail of intervals, but it was me and eons first session of our jwoc training reigeme so it was satisfactory :)
am very excited to have gin as a training partner now cuz he is fast so i'll push myself heaps more........and he also provides some entertainment :P hehe
