relocation exercise with emily :D
it was good, we got them all fine
running warm up/down 10:00 [3]
i dont think i did quite 10mins but oh well
orienteering race 30:00 [5] 4.9 km (6:07 / km)
we did a race after relocation stuff. somehow i ended up taking exactly 30mins
twas good, i tried to go hard and race it properly.
went to the wrong #1 but it was on the way to my actual one so it wasnt that bad....and had afew little wobbles after that. felt tired up some hills too.
olle beat me by 2mins :(
but atleast i beat my dad for the first time ever :D
wasnt feeling so good warming up so ditched the 1km reps i was going to do and did hills instead (i dont know why i thought they would be easier...)
so did 16 x 41-43 seconds up a sorta steep hill. felt good despite my bad warm up. there is something i really like about doing hills, its really addictive for some reason. so this was fun :D

first part was with mother.....
felt ok, inside of calves hurt abit which i now suspect is from my retarded jumping!
waaa this made me depressed!!! when i jump my whole right leg colapses at the ankle and its really bad...so im not allowed to jump anymore and on friday dave is going to video me so we can find out what is going wrong/how to fix it

oh and its also depressing cuz george is so far ahead of me and gets to do gun exercises with massive weights while im stuck on the easy ones :(
