eurghhhhhhhh HORRIBLE run!!!
made so many mistakes! i think i only spiked about....3 of them!

was possibly too relaxed at the start and wasnt focusing properly at all!

really enjoyed this again. run wasnt super clean - lost time at 1 and 2 - but felt really good running and was preeeeetty happy with time...

prologue - sooo fun!
had a few hesitations and stuff so could have been faster, but happy with time :)
felt really good running and nerves didnt get to me at the start :D

i was so disgusted with my effort yesterday that i did a proper course on black mtn (without tracks), set by my lovely mother :D
felt really good physically :D
navigation was....ok....twas really hard to tell if i was at the right termite mound tho cuz there were no tapes or anything..
