terrain run out at sparrow, with a map but i wasnt really navigating.
i was looking forward to this run all week and it was very nice :)
feel like i should have gone for longer, but my achilles was feeling abit painful so i cut it down...

not very good w/u cuz they were really unorganised with registration so i didnt have my number...but they were calling for marshalling.... :S

and i was also distracted cuz Jana Rawlinson was at the track! :O

though i think i could probably go faster, cuz i couldnt see anyone infront of me for the whole race and so it was a bit more difficult to push really hard....but im happy! :D

did hills after the 3km - 10 x 30seconds
the first ones were very slow, but then i wasnt feeling too bad :)

ive decided what my dream job is - working in the physiology lab at the AIS :D we had an excursion there and it looked so interesting!

orienteering intervals 46:00 [5]

cockies intervals at radford. i love orienteering at radford :)
felt really good running. navigation was abit dodgy, expecially on one where i was trying to beat olle so i didnt even look at my map and just ran in the wrong direction :S
achilles was throbbing this morning..... :S

pretty yucky area, steep and green :S
felt good physically, technically was abit sloppy but not too bad. didnt go real hard cuz my achilles was feeling abit dodge, and was throbbing all day :(
though im very pleased to say i beat my dad :D :D

also got an awesomeeee scratch up my calf :P

did short sharp speed work at stromlo. felt pretty good, legs were turning over nicely :D

im very happy today:
1. moderation day = no school :D
2. my laptop FINALLY came :D :D :D :D
3. i finished my massive 30 page biology report :D
