running long 1:30:45 [3]

cockies long run up majura, then i ditched them before ainslie and ran in the pines to try and find eon. felt bad in some bits, then really good in other bits. struggled abit up majura too, but i think it was cuz i'd already done two hills sessions this week.
oh, and it rained abit too which was sweet :)

did 9 x1min and then 8 x 30sec on a moderately steep hill, jog back down recovery.
for some reason i had heaps of energy and was feeling really good :) i loveee hills!!! :D :D
except i think i may have chosen a bad place, cuz there were heaps of people walking their dogs so some of the recoverys were abit longer than normal. and most of the dogs were those little rat ones that i dont like....

navigation was kinda non-existant cuz i kinda just ended up following whoever was in front, and it was kinda hard not to when they were going to the same control. felt really good running, but possibly should have done some more cuz i wasnt very tired afterwards...

took me about 9 controls to really get into it and then it was fun :D
felt good running...not so good navigation. kept slightly missing controls and just kind of running and not looking at my map.
the weather was so so good - i thought it was about to rain!

throat is still slightly sore, but am feeling much better :)

from the top of stromlo to the bottom then to the top again, keeping a solid pace - expecially when i was going back up.
generally felt okk, and my legs felt pretty strong going up.
it was a good temperature aswell so that made it even better :)

probably shouldnt have done this if im still sick...but feel as though im getting better anyway......so hopefully this wasnt too silly of me :S

ride with mother again, was good :)
got some surges in aswell, so that was fun :D

throat is still really really sore, and apart from fatigue it seems to be my only symptom...which is kinda weird :S
