cruisy ride with mother around the lake...and some other places...then i ditched her and went home, haha. havent been riding in a while so it wasnt very fast, but it was still good to get my legs spinning :D
hopefully a swim this arvo, its SO hot!!!

i had a really sore throat all day though...hopefully im not coming down with something...

orienteering intervals in the morning at ANU.
was great! my legs were feeling pretty tired but it was heaps of fun :D although im fairly sure i accidently went through some olive green...
sooo much sweat though!!

checking/collecting controls at majura west. we went straight from school and didnt get home until about 9pm...it was a long day! and thanks to SOMEONE *cough* ian *cough* i spent the whole time wet because he poured my drink bottle on me :(

stromlo xc on deeks track (undulating & grassy) and it was pretty windy, but atleast that meant it wasnt so hot!
pretty happy with time considering windyness and how much training i've done in the last few days. Oh, and also cuz i started school today so i was tired...except i had a double free to start off...hahaha :D

orienteering 50:00 [3]

at honeysuckle creek with lachy!!
we did 3 short courses first, time includes the rests inbetween.
physically felt pretty bad, struggled to stay awake on the drive out!
technically was okk, abit sloppy and hesitant.
honeysuckle creek needs a good fire through it though, cuz its pretty thick in places!!!

3 more courses starting in a different spot, these were abit shorter than the first ones and time also includes rest between.
did better technically on these ones but still not feeling great physically.
it was really good to get out to a good area though, thankssss lachy!!!!
