longish run with cockies. up majura, through the pines then around the bottom of ainslie.
havent had much sleep in the last few days so i was feeling really really tired and out of it! i even fell asleep in the car on the drive over...
cinnamon toast for breakfast afterwards was yummmmy! :D

putting out tapes at majura west, time includes stopping at control sites and checking they're in the right place. feeling baaaddd physically, it was really hot again!!!

cockies intervals at black mountain, i only did 2 x 8min then 3 x 1min on 1min off. wasnt feeling great in the legs and still felt half asleep, but it was good to do it with others :)
and i think i'll be tired for night O tonight!

at black mtn, it was really fun! legs felt fine after intervals this morning. only problem was finding the little pink tapes at the controls!!!
