cockies intervals at black mountain, i only did 2 x 8min then 3 x 1min on 1min off. wasnt feeling great in the legs and still felt half asleep, but it was good to do it with others :)
and i think i'll be tired for night O tonight!

i actually have no idea how long this took me cuz i forgot to start my watch, but josh took about this long and...i know i beat him :P
at black mtn, it was really fun! legs felt fine after intervals this morning. only problem was finding the little pink tapes at the controls!!!
