w/u then 20mins of 1min on/1min off then w/d
kinda just made this session up on the spot, but it seemed ok. legs were feeling really good!
then we drove for about...10.5 hours back home...gah!

definately the prettiest run! went to 'the canyon' which is really cool cuz the track goes down and right through the middle of the canyon and you have to scramble up rocks and stuff. the only bad thing was i was feeling very very tired and had to walk afew hills....but it was so beautiful! :)

attempt number two at hills...this was much better :)
did 8 x 90secs. the first four where good then i really slowed!! very tired in my warm down..but satisfactorily so :)

attempt at hills intervals, but i didnt get far :(
i had a huge huge huge headache all day and when i ran it just seemed to throb every time my feet hit the ground :(

with dad up st georges river (i think thats what it was called...)
the first half was all uphill with lots of stairs, which were hard work! but then the other half was all downhill :P
didnt feel too bad but i was sweating massively by 20mins!!
Oh and i also ran over a tiger snake and then saw a huge koala just next to the track, so that was sweet! :D

ahhh! i seem to have lost some strength! cuz i struggled to hold a bridge for as long as normal...nooo!

running intervals 52:17 [4]

did 2 x 4min and 3 x 3min all with 3min jog rec. except one recovery was quite abit longer cuz i stopped to look at the water falls :)
half were on a slight uphill and the others were on a slight downhill.
felt pretty good, but the garmin said i was running slowly...

easy run at lorne, didnt feel so great...but it was SO nice to run in a rainforest kind of area as a change from treeless stromlo! :D

soooo tired!
we went to 'forrest' where there are lots of good tracks and hired some bikes. me and eon and mother went around together and got lost..haha.
