orienteering intervals 52:00 [5]

at ANU with mother, father and eon. the map was a little old..so there were many new buildings and construction sites that made it abit hard, but it was still heaps fun :D
felt good running.
oh, and im pretty sure i smashed eon and won our comp :P

running tempo 50:00 [4]

did 10min w/u 10min hard, 5mins easy, 10mins hard then 15mins w/d. on single tracks at stromlo.
actually not very satisfied with my effort, i wasnt really pushing it :( my legs were feeling abit stiff (maybe cuz it was early) so i couldnt get them going very fast.
saturated afterwards! (from the rain...not sweat)
