warm up for xc at stromlo...but my achilles was aching and feeling abit weird, nothing hugely painful but it was enough to make me worried.
and last time i ran a xc when my achilles was sore i couldnt run again for 8 weeks after that (cuz of injury)...SO i decided that it was better to be safe than sorry and not run the xc incase i made it worse.
it was still pretty frustrating though, i really wanted to race :(

tentative run on the single tracks up stromlo to release some...frustration.
achilles was still feeling abit odd, but it was alright. legs were feeling great which is annoying cuz it means i probably would have felt great racing the xc....
