i was such a lazy bum today, the most exercise i did was walk to the shops to get icecream and lollies and also to look for food dye.....for no particular reason :D

orienteering 1:26:30 [3]

me and my bro went to the cascades to do some training. we did three shortish courses (about 3km) kind of like orienteering intervals. was only taking it easy physically cuz im really tired and keep having to take naps :)
i had never been to the cascades apart from to run a blue course so i was really excited to see what it was like....and i have concluded it is now one of my favourite areas :D
