running warm up/down 30:29 [3]

long warm down to get over my anger...

orienteering race 1:22:00 [5] 7.5 km (10:56 / km)

cant remember the exact seconds...
shocking, i think i didn't screw up about 2 out of 12 - wonderfull! and i'm suposed to be running in sweden in afew weeks (AHAHA)

orienteering race 33:54 [5] 4.5 km (7:32 / km)

alright...made some silly mistakes (particularly no. 3) and was quite hesitant in bits, but it wasn't too bad.
calves getting tight at the end...grrr

running warm up/down 29:48 [3]

10min warm up and a long warm down, calves ok after i had finished and stretched abit

did some "boot camp" stuff in p.e at school (HAHAHA), but it wasn't very hard so i dont think it counts as training...

fine until 10mins when my goddam calves tightened up, AGAIN! had to keep stopping to stretch cuz they were way too painful to run on. i am so frustrated, why is it that some days they are good and others they're not????
grrr =(

lazy bum again today, but i couldn't get to the pool cuz of all my silly homework..grrr
oh and this session probably wasn't a good idea as my quads cramped up and now they huuuurt!

came 2nd, which i was happy with but i felt terrible physically - really heavy and stuff.
on the good side, my calves were ok =)
