schools selection trials at felled timbers sort of place, felt ok, tired on the uphills. pretty clean run.

running warm up/down 34:00 [3]

warm up, then went out to do some more after the race but i felt stuffed so just ran easy on the tracks for a while

this run also included about 40mins of terrain running (some at the start and some at the end). i think i under estimated the time it would take me to run back home...cuz i took me a lot longer! and it was probably too long for what i was suposed to do, but i was in a physco mood so i kept running
felt bad to begin with, but then it was ok.

the garmin actually measured this as 4.2 but it may be wrong...
anyhoo, it was ASC cross country champs (so canberra private schools) at Deeks track at stromlo (grass, some undulations). i came second to the ACT champion in the open division, and it was annoying cuz she only overtook me in the last 50m and I had nothing left. but still it was a good race, and i beat the girl i wanted to aswell =)

felt sick sick sick (in the stomach, not the legs - i actually felt alright physically....weeeeird)

i feel like a lazy bum cuz i couldnt get out to do the bike intervals i was suposed to, and this run was pretty short =(
on the other hand, i'm really excited cuz tomorrow is the canberra private schools cross country, and there is one girl i really want to beat....
