40/20s. Bit tired from yesterday but once I got going the session was really good! Felt awesome. Except accidentally did a 30min warm up and 35min warm down :/ also went "down" the river (which is actually just down Merri creek and then up the Yarra) for a change and it was sooo nice. Saw Tash doing some secret training

Foot was a bit pangy....oops I'm a dumbass

Ints up the river: 4x30sec 3x3min 4x4min. Felt pretty good! Started quite conservatively but it's a big session (I think) so I was actually smashed by the end.

MP....oops. Accidentally went to no.5 and then number 4 (and then realised but cbf going back). Super fun though, felt really good running but couldn't get myself to race properly hard for some reason.

Also L foot was sore. It's been sore for a while now but I've been in denial. Decided I should prob start monitoring it....

40/20s in the forest. It was a bit slippery so not the fastest session ever, had to tip toe through some extra muddy sections. Otherwise it was nice but cold - it snowed at our house for about 10min around midday! Take me back to Latvia plz :'(

Didn't have a great run, made a couple of not-insignificant mistakes and lacked aggression through the green. However I did WAY better than last year and felt calm and relaxed at the start. Soooo I think I'm improving, I'm just a very slow learner.....

Sprint relay. Felt so slow and sluggish running, not super sure why....apart from that I ran a much more controlled race than yesterday. So that's good. Still made a couple of mistakes and got caught by some fences. Oops. Was fun :)
