A relaxed long run checking and updating tracks on the map. Feeling a bit tired from yesterday so glad to do a chilled long run!

Hard session with such little recovery, had to take an extra 2min rest between the 1mins and 30secs because I was feeling really dizzy! Good session but should do it all on the flat tracks next time.

Jog around the forest inbetween mapping sections. Feeling quite tired and really hungry today so didn't feel energised enough for the planned surges during the run. Almost fell down one of the super deep mines while drawing stuff on the map....jeepers

Combined running and mapping. Undulating 3min ints, then a longer warm down and then a lot of walking around mapping on the way back to the car (not incl in time obviously). Felt pretty poor but that's to be expected just after being sick and doing nothing. Feeling much better today thank goodness. Was getting paranoid I had something serious....

Took one of the Danes to the grampians, so even though I'm unwell I couldn't turn down a run! Super nice out there. Walked/ran up a hill (not included in time) and then ran back down with gin. Time approximate.

Seven mile beach race. Soo much fun!!! Was super sloppy in the circle though - kept losing 10-30secs at most controls :/ had trouble visualising the control feature....need to work on that

Legs very tired (??) so I just jogged (and also ran from no1-no3 and therefore misspunched :/). On the plus side whatever virus thing I've had has improved today and I didn't feel as wiped or have a massive headache!

World Cup middle.
Woke up feeling sick, felt more sick on the bus, didn't feel any better after getting off the bus, hardly did any warm up because I felt dizzy and sick and then started freaking out because I realised I wasn't going to feel any better before starting. So ran the race feeling weak, dizzy, and with a big headache. Soo frustrated, was feeling good leading up to this race and was really excited about it....
