went out to do intervals at the back of stromlo (not the running track cuz marty dent and his pro group train there now) but legs were far too tired so gave up and ran back over the top to the carpark (where the world cup mountain biking has kinda started, it was cool. there was lots of pros)

short intervals with a long warm down. my abs and quads are sore from yesterday so this wasnt very enjoyable. there are lots of cool stuff at stromlo for the world cup this weekend!! how exciting....

dunno time. my watch said something way different to my splits (69 was my watch time)
pretty bad run. on the way to number one i was thinking how easy it looked compared to sweden and now that i'd run there i could never screw up here....well i screwed number one (about 2mins). and then number 4 (atleast 7mins) cuz i was trying to revise for my chemistry test on wednesday. SO i really wasnt focused and had a pretty baaad one

ok run, felt slow through the terrain and felt kinda tired. navigation was a bit sloppy in bits but overall ok. ran up a class in 21's

ASC aths, didnt press lap on my watch, so the time includes 3000, 800 and 1500 and warm up and down for each. (so intesity 5 and 3)
was really slow. no pb's ='(
dunno why i've been feeling so tired when training lately =( i even had a rest day yesterday to run fast today..but i didnt!!! grrr

pretty terrible run actually - i felt dead, had massive blisters on my feet and i think i'm getting sick as my throat is really sore. so i cut it short.
it was a nice day tho!

short intervals (200's) then about 30min warm down. ran up the mountain bike course for the world cup.....it is insane! there are massive rocks on the track everywhere and some bits i couldnt even run up. i would never ride on it even if i was paid!!! =O

this was so cool, it was snowing! was abit slow up the hills and through the green, and i went too wide on one leg. but it was fun!! (apart from the cold)

saturday event at black mt.
got about halfway round when my calves started getting really really tight like they did before i went to europe. so painful i couldnt keep running and pulled out (then ran really slowly on tracks back to finish)
really annoyed!!! i thought i'd gotten over that...grrrr

putting out tapes on control sites at mt taylor
calves were fine (wore my running shoes instead of o shoes, maybe my o shoes dont have enough support??) maybe also cuz i had a massage and massive stretch before...i dont know!!!!

AND when i had been riding for about 30mins (i guess) i looked at my watch and it said 1 min. stupid me stoped it to fix my chain but didnt start it again so i had no idea when to start heading back once i'd done enough. i was so annoyed!

did 8 x 1min then 4 x 30secs and jog back down recovery, warm down was abit long as i (stupidly) decided to run back to the car via the top of stromlo
was soo cold!! i was running in two thermals, a beanie and gloves!!

run at kowen forest while ian was riding in a race. some bits were so nice! too bad i didnt have a map cuz i didnt really know where i was heading and ended up doing circles around the car

at mt taylor sussing out areas for the saturday event i have to organise. kind of got sidetracked by finding a good track to the top of mount taylor. i have decided i am a bad hill climber cuz i nearly didnt make it!
