Guess of time
on sandune terrain!!!! Woopeee!!
First part was easy, then 2 longer harder legs then a short course.
All good apart from the last short race which was rubbish!! Didn't have my head at all and just screwed aroud everywhere haha.
My bad!
Was fun :D such pretty forest :)

Sprint around the accomodation place.
Guess of time.
Jogged the first part slowly then a harder really short course. Can't say I felt terribly good physically but it was pretty fun :D

Very pretty scenery but boring as path (next to the road)

In hong kong, from our hotel out to some park...did a little explore but it didn't last long as it was SO BLOODY HUMID !! Got lost in some back streets trying to find our hotel again :P
fly to Helsinki at 12.30am so today will be a long day...

Mucked around in the gym at our hotel. It was fun, and they had air conditioning!!

havent been doing much at all training-wise lately as my main aim is to recover from this stupid illness asap before leaving (tomorrow).......
feeling more energetic today so should be right i think :D

SO EXCITED to be going, should be awesome!!!
cant believe it might be more than 3months before i sleep in my own bed again.... eeeeeeeeeek!!!

i've been training, just keep forgetting to log

have been soooo extremely stressed during the past week i have literally run myself down into the ground. just seem to be racing around trying to do everything perfectly (then worrying if im not doing things perfectly) and forgetting to get some rest along the way.
had an hour massage today which helped, now im actually starting to look forward to going overseas.....

had to run from home, and then we just rumbled around stromlo for abit, then sah rode while i ran back home.
good run :D
felt good, but was feeling particularly angry at the world so didnt do ints :P

Run with sahsah at black mtn. Good fun, but I felt really sick from eating too soon before running :( consequently had to walk a lot of the hills at the start :(
but then abit later started feeling really good :D
still felt good on the drive home so ran around bundah hill for awhile as soon as we got home

Was late leaving home cuz....well I dunno really, I just mucked around too much after I got up!!
Did ints on bundah hill, minimal warm up and down (7mins each) so I could get home in time for work. Felt good :) not terribly tired now...

Went out to sparrow for a long terrain run, the oing around ainslie sounded so boring!
Really nice run, such a shame they are already felling bits!! :( felt quite good so tried to keep up a solid pace. Gotta admit not all of it was in the terrain, ran a fair bit on the single tracks....

run with sah sah at stromlo. we planned to do a fartlek session up stromlo (on single tracks) but i kinda forgot about doing the efforts cuz i was too engrossed in our gossip ;)
was fun, the time went so quick :D
we passed all the riders too haha.

then i ran home!

I supose this is really oing...but never mind. Did 8 little courses around the rose gardens, super route choice and super intense cuz things came up so fast. Really fun though :D
