cockies run
went up ainslie first....we got lost so it took a very long time to actually get to the top :P but the track we went up was really cool.
then i was feeling crap so we skipped HH and then i started feeling ok again so i went up majura.
mmm good run :D

easy run in the morning at stromlo to watch the adventure race people

running intervals 59:22 [5]

went to aths to run the 3km....but discovered it was going to cost me $16 since im not a member.
and im not paying $16 dollars to run around a track 7.5 times!!!
so i did intervals on bruce ridge instead: 12 x 2mins with 1min jog recovery.
did them on the single tracks so they weren't super fast...still pretty hard though

same as last week, from the other side of stromlo, around narrabundah hill then home.
felt pretttty tired for the first 30mins then it was ok. didnt feel as though i were going very fast either :S

this run is nasty!
same hill run as last week, with my dad, but we added in an extra hill at the start and also did a longer warm up.
was tired from yesterday so was rather slowww and didnt feel like i could really push it....but ohhh well

run from the polands house to ainslie, up it, back down and then just walked around abit waiting for mother and toni...
suposed to be a recovery run so i dont know why i went up ainslie!

from home to lake tuggeranong, then to fadden pines and from then i have nooo idea where we went...suddenly ended up at cooleman court.
pretty tired now...but it was a good ride :D

same intervals as last week, but did the full set:
3 x 3min (1min jog), 3 x 2min (1min), 3 x 1min (1min), 3 x 30sec (30sec)
eon did not come :( instead mother came on the bike
felt pretty good...not really fast but meh

run from the other side of stromlo home. felt pretty ordinary at the start, but got better from there :D

im very happy today cuz i had my last exam...so will not have to study for another 1.5yrs!!!!!!!! :D :D
instead im going to watch 1million movies, read 1 million books, go for 1million runs...and all those other things i havent been able to do cuz of study :D :D

BAH this was a hard run!! went in the morning with my dad to black mtn around the massive roller coaster type track that goes around the side: hard up the hills, slow jog down the other side. faaaar out there were some hard hills!!
was running a little conservatively cuz i didnt know how many hills there were/how long they were.....but thats ok cuz next time will be better :D

im abit confused about how long this actually took (dads watch said something different)...but my watch said 1hr40 so whatever.
cockies run up ainslie then over to majura pines. felt good at the start, bad in the middle (stitch), then good at the end.
legs dont feel too tired at the moment though.......so maybe should have gone for longer

even attempting a run was a bad idea. stress is at level 100000000000000 at the moment cuz i have to finish bio and chem projects, so i havent been able to study for my tests and ARGHHHH!!
so had the kind of headache that throbs as you run :(

it was extremely hot, my mouth was grossly dry :S

it was fun fun fun :) although i was pretty slow compared to them so they left me behind abit....but oh well.
it was good recovery from yesterday :D

running long 1:57:00 [4] 20.0 km (5:51 / km)

2 Peaks Mtn Race over majura and ainslie

didnt really race this, it was more just a solid long run i think.
anyhoo it was still pretty tough. ainslie was a bitch, i had to walk up a lot of it cuz it was too steep!
went with eon for all of it though which was really good, the time flew by and it was easier to keep going with him there.
my legs keep cramping now :S

ACT aths, pretty much all day
kinda cant be bothered logging it all seperately...so time includes races and w/u and w/d.
dont think i went hard enough, so want to do some more exercise this arvo.... :D

3000 - dont know how it happened but somehow i ended up sorta jogging around, which is pretty stupid of me. but i still came 1st in the 18s (and 2nd...and 3rd...and last, and everything in between :D) time was abit over 12 i think

1500 - funny race: there were 3 people in it (me and a boy and one other girl...no 18s come to aths i've realised) and halfway round some noob hit me in the head with a javelin when they were lining up for their throw!!
apart from that, it was good :D

running hills 1:13:11 [3]

bleugh what a fail of a hill run.
went on a roller coaster type track (up and down and up and down etc), and was meant to run hard up each hill then jog slowly down the otherside, but my legs felt so heavy all i could do was run normally up the hill then walk down the otherside :P
then i had to run slowly home too....

hardcore session, which included treading water intervals :D
george was slow..

haha not sure wether i should actually log this as training :P

was pretty busy today so i went for a night long run :D
went with my dad which was good, he made me run faster than normal. went up and down around aracnacopia (??) and then to the top of stromlo, down and back to the car. twas good, there were some good hills in there.
felt pretty average at the start, but got into it at the end.

lots of spiders come out at night :S :S
