set out to do intervals, but pulled out cuz my silly achilles was really painful to run on :( :(
and i have to admit, it was hurting again during the training camp....but i ignored it....

at stromlo, pushing the hills. felt sweet :)

went to inspect the future chairlift so i could prove to eon that it IS a chairlift...
and its definately a chairlift. so eon owes me $1 million.

race (somehow ended up with the same start time as eon...)
was pretty tired and so was abit sloppy on some, wasnt really watching my compass....but it was still fun :)

training after lunch at....a place i cant remember....practising legs on steep rocky slopes (up, down, diagonal)
was very very good, spiked them all. although i was kinda tired and abit slow physically.
the best bit was when it started hailing :D

lovely *cough cough* 8km course set by my dad on kangaroo crossing, practising long legs, after training with grant.
it was cold and wet and thick and i thought there was something following me.....so i bailed after the first long leg and made up my own course back to the car
twas horrible :'(

she thought i wasnt doing anything wrong, but i could look up from the map abit more and also watch my compass more

we quickly drove to beechworth for some control picking before it got dark
was absolutely FREEZING!! but very fun once i had warmed up :)

eurghhhh i was soooo tired today! navigation was okk, could have been abit smoother though.
majorly lost time crossing the marshes/green in the gullies cuz i somehow couldnt find the crossing and also cuz i found the worst spot to cross on the way to #6 and had to keep coming back out and finding a new place to cross :(
and then a stick snapped my necklace and it went flying away into the marsh :'(

galaxy sprint at UTAS
this race was really fun!
felt sluggish physically, but technically was very smooth through controls and didnt really hesitate at all
although i think i went some slow routes on afew controls so would have lost some time....

was really funnn but felt gross physicallly cuz my head was all stuffy and yucky :(

was pretty good until number 9 which was in the green and i must have just missed it....so spent awhile srewing around there...

i was so disgusted with my effort yesterday that i did a proper course on black mtn (without tracks), set by my lovely mother :D
felt really good physically :D
navigation was....ok....twas really hard to tell if i was at the right termite mound tho cuz there were no tapes or anything..
