Feeling more myself today! Exploration intervals along the river. Don't really know where I went, should probably look at a map next time!! It was really nice though. Could definitely get used to running here :) felt good but legs were rather heavy, probably cuz I haven't used them in ages

Obviously excited to go exploring on a run but I am unvelievably tired today. Couldn't even last a full day at uni and had to come home and lie down on my bed. Don't know why I'm so smashed??? :(

Riding to my new place to do moving in. Freaking exhausting day. Can't believe how smashed I am. Realised I've moved houses every year for the last five years!! That's probably not unusual but it's so stressful that I think I'll try to not do that for a while haha....

Had wanted a run in the evening once I'd moved everything in but very quickly realised I was far too tired for that.

Easy run. Last time running around this side of Melb!

Also got my blood test results back - ferritin has gone from 9 to 34 which is gooooood (but still maybe a little on the low side) and haemoglobin has also improved (can't remember the numbers). I'm still not very good at eating meat though, so I'll try to be better at that

40/20s session along the river. Felt good! Rather windy though, had some bad headwinds at times. Also had a follow-up blood test for my iron today. I don't get the results until next week, but I am quite certain my ferritin and haemoglobin levels should be in the normal range now - can't believe how much better I've been feeling since taking supplements!!

Intervals up and down the river. Felt good in the legs but really sick in the stomach actually - had an apple and dark chocolate before I left and that was obviously a bad choice!! Pushed through but thought I might vomit a few times.

Easy run. Not what I had planned/hoped, but I had an anxiety-filled day waiting to hear if I'd been approved for a rental application and so when I got home I felt quite drained and my quads were heavy. Felt better after this though!
