5 x compound miles up the river. Wasn't sure that I'd be able to complete the session and have sore glutes and hammies from yesterday, so started off steady and went harder with each rep. Worked pretty well but probably wasn't quite tired enough at the end- so next week I better start hard and then try to hang on!
