good warm up
made sure i did proper amounts of this throughout the day, cuz i havent been doing it lately and its baaaaad

orienteering race 12:50 [5]

district champs weekend
cant remember exact time but it was around 12.50
sprint i skogen, med vissa stadsområden. jag kände mig bra men gjorde några misstag. jag förlorade ca 1.5mins alla upp, vilket är mycket för en sprint.

came 1st!!! woo how exciting, i got a medal :D

middle in the same area as the sprint, but abit further obviously.
jag kände mig bra igen men sprang för fort! jag gjorde många misstag, var två stora. men jag gjorde dessutom bra.

i dont know how to get myself to do alllll the controls well, instead of 75% of them.........hmm. dont think its a good idea to make myself slow down and stop rushing as i need to learn how to navigate quickly while running fast.

den långa i morgon på olika terräng, jag är glada för det!
