60 minutes into game and disaster struck! I was tripped and landed poorly. Separated shoulder :( OUCH!!!!

- down to London in the morning to watch preliminary heats for senior provincial swim meet
- race back to Waterloo to start up servers after planned power outage
- we used down time to throw in some patches and upgrades on a few servers so ended up too late to go back to London for finals

no energy - could have had a few good runs but knew that nobody would cover for me and i didn't have energy to sprint all the way back if i failed to score so just passed the ball off at the blue line and hung back

incredibly hot in the arena

ball hockey conflicted with boxercise again

still have a fever - down to about 101 - so had a very relaxing day

some stiffness today, getting in a car for a 8 hour drive right after the billygoat was not the best plan - but at least it was a 3 car wait at the border this time

my poppies finally bloomed
