AUS WOC Trials - Long Distance
Started out well and in control, until the long leg, hit a track and did a complete 180! WTF James!? Once I figured that out (dropping about 90secs in the process) took a while to get composed again. Got caught by Craney as I closed in on #6, then just tried to hang on to him as he tried to run away through the next few controls. I went too far left on #11 misreading the stream detail, loosing 30secs. Went hard for the next few controls to try and catch up Craney again. Reso clean for the next few, until I ran out front on 21, and went far too low, so had a big climb into the control. Fine for the next few, but muffed up 26 quite bad, ended up running a complete circle around the feature, without seeing the control. Finally got it, but then after being rather dis-orientated started following the red line back to 25, rather than onwards to 27! Once I figured that out I had lost about 20secs, so hooned up the hill to try and catch back up. Stuffed the last control, didnt even think about the track through the event centre to actually get to it, so threw away another 20-30 secs. Pleasantly surprised with strength, and speed wasn't too bad either. Still got a bit of work to do maintaining concentration.

AUS WOC Trials - Sprint Distance
Lots of little mistakes, big ones on #5 and 11. A few route choice errors too. Wicked course and area though! Didnt have enough speed in the legs to be anywhere near the front. Lots of fun :)

Started out ok, but then stopped navigating and screwed it up, over and over again! Im such a dork. Was feeling avg before I started, but once I got moving, legs were feeling good. Too bad I made so many mistakes :(
