Lappe. Roadworkout, out and back. Out 45 min. run 3 walk 1. almost to otto road. went at a decent pace. on the way back. walk one minute, run one minute, sprint on minute. stitched up pretty bad. ran last 10-15 min because i coulnt sprint. need to work on that. otherwise felt good.
