Training on Teetotal. Gave some coaching beforehand and then proceeded to be relatively useless at orienteering. Good to get out on a map though before Oceania, especially one I don't know well.

Night rogaine at Kerr Bay. Watch was flat so no GPS. I like night orienteering. This was fun but was feeling a bit ill from the tin of salmon and wrap I consumed before race.
