First a stroller run around Sognsvann, then switched with Louise and did a nice trial run. Found a new trail loop that goes up and down on two parallel ridges. Super nice small trails, I think I will aim to run this route again.

Clubrun, Oslo edition. Ran with Mikael and Frederik on small trails. Started slow then sped up classic clubrun style. Ankle still a bit sore so tried to stay on my feed.

Fun to run on these trails, legs felt good and starting to get more motivated to run more again.
