30mins in endless pool, pretty mind numbing but I got there, freestyle all the way. low motivation

around uni field 1 and 1/2 times from my flat. was all on grass which was good. as soon as onto the paving I feel legs inflame lots more. But not as bad as the last time I ran

may be that it is an arch or muscle problem. Rather than shin problem now.
