Did the AP 1600m challenge. Legs still sore from the weekend and not feeling great but still managed same time as before. Not sure if I can be bothered training to beat 5mins.

Against Bill V. He had this non-bouncy ball so the rallies laster forever. I won 2-1 although really 3-0 with some suspect counting on his behalf!

Ran up Tiger III and picked off a geocache on the top. Ran up Cable line trail including the steep parts - albeit slowly.
