Note

I've logged training on AP for 194 months. Months where I had over 28 hours of training I'll call "big" training months (though i realize less than an hour a day doesn’t seem all that big). Here are some fun facts:

Pre-Injury: Jan 2002 to June 2006
(Total months=54 months; Big months= 44 (82%), Most consecutive Big months = 16)

Post-Injury: July 2006 - Feb 2018
(Total months=140 months; Big months= 32 (23%) Most consecutive Big months = 4)

Currently have a streak of 3 months over 28 hours. Gotta stay motivated.

rail trail with Tarno again. The horses have ruined the trail in places and shit all over the place. Disgusting. But it seems the horse riders can do whatever they want in the DV.
