Running 1:00:00 [3]

Six tough loops of the Gula Stigen. It was -20C (-26 with wind chill) but ran half of the run with gloves off cause I wore lotsa warm clothing. Five laps easy and then final lap 'fast'. A whopping 7.54 for the new 2017 GS1000 record (almost double Neil Dobbs' all-time record). But I have a feeling AG! will take down Neil's record sometime this year.

Skiing 1:40:00 [3]

Spectacular ski conditions at Georgian Nordic. Etoile and I started out in sunshine and ended in a (yet another) snow squall!

Cool article on Hamilton's ghost rivers and wetlands with the odd quote from me and my former student.
