easy spin at Pulse. No knee pain while cycling but pain even when walking so no running for a few days.

Knee was too sore to run today so enjoyed cheering on the DGL gang on a beautiful crisp spring day in Ohio.

Another almost perfect race navigation wise but lots of knee pain kept me at a jogging pace most of the race. Enjoyed the detailed terrain late in the course.

A flat mostly thick forested race with 20 checkpoints and less than 3K. Perfect! ;-). I was pleased to have had a perfect race with only 4-5 seconds of hesitation in entire race. great flow through the checkpoints. especially pleased to see great results by ARX. fun times at red robin later in the evening with the DGL gang.

**DontGetLost Adventure Running will have four athletes racing in Switzerland at Junior Worlds this summer!! Emma, Nicole, Jan Erik and Christian. Congrats to these ARX Xcel athletes and good luck with training!! In prep for the big hills of Switzerland, coach Hans took Emma, Christian and Nicole on a hilly terrain run tonight.
