mostly road ride with Sudden (westdale-old guelph road repeats-clappisons-rock chapel-crooks hollow-wiers lane-rail trail-chedoke-westdale)

and it is time for sanding of my kayak! The design changed a bit due to availability of red vs white cedar but I like it a lot.

MAC turns 125 years old today and with the celebration there is a contest to name the MAC Prof or Alumni that has made the biggest impact in the World. Lets see we have Brockhouse and his Nobel Prize, Tommy Douglas for medicare and Wes Roberts for being Super. Vote Super!
