Wood chopping (count 33%). Got all the wood finally split. Knee behaved. I seem to have the swelling under control. Very likely will be able to bike tomorrow. Running looks like it will need a few more days.

Daddy-Daughter training weekend. Originally planned to road cycle (on cross bikes) around the Letchworth Gorge (65km) and then do some O. But the combination of a sore knee (daddy), a closed road, and sore feet (daughter) we went with a 50mile ride on the west side of the gorge instead. Super fun. Longest ride in probably about 15 years. our goal was sub 4 hours and we just squeaked under that by 3 minutes!
