Epic run (WT training) with LL at Mt Tam (mega climb and rocky trails). Circuitous routes to get best vistas and variety. Mill Valley to Mt Tam to Stinson Beach (3h). Half hour coke break. Stinson Beach to Muir Woods to Mill Valley (2h). Likely longest run in 12 years. I can’t imagine how Trav, Baloney, Bash, Bent and others do ultra running stage races. Respect! My legs are trashed but a good way to celebrate the half way point of my 50 mission cap.

I've logged training on AP for 194 months. Months where I had over 28 hours of training I'll call "big" training months (though i realize less than an hour a day doesn’t seem all that big). Here are some fun facts:

Pre-Injury: Jan 2002 to June 2006
(Total months=54 months; Big months= 44 (82%), Most consecutive Big months = 16)

Post-Injury: July 2006 - Feb 2018
(Total months=140 months; Big months= 32 (23%) Most consecutive Big months = 4)

Currently have a streak of 3 months over 28 hours. Gotta stay motivated.
