PM: Normally I train during 24 (bike, strength, etc) but Slice suggests that wasn't wise so. I agree. So instead I ate the chocolate given to me by the Griz and drank the coke that Bash gave me. Thanks guys for caring so much for my training.

PM: While watching Jack kick ass. Mixed with leg strengthening and followed by 45 minutes of stretching and massage.

First Saturday run in the DV in a long time. Started/finished at Old Ancaster Rd. Some good laughs on today's run with TVP, Tarno, Meridian, Sudden and MegaWes2K. Knee took longer to warm-up today. Little bit of snow and lots of mud on the trails.

Tree Hugger Invitational. Ran with Adventure Girl! She did all the navigation except I had to help her two times. She did a great job once we remembered how to orienteer. She got 21 of the 26 controls and beat Etoile by one control. 90 minute score on a nice brand new map (count 50%).

Wasn't sure I was going to do this tonight but glad I did. Two loops of the non Lowry loop winter rally. Knee felt better the more I ran. Good group tonight with Meridian, SlipperyWes1000, JBird, Bob, Slice, Etoile, TVP, and the mighty Poo.

TNT intervals (4 on, 2off) with Sudden, Zoolander, Slice, Bob, TVP, JBird, and Hansel. Was supposed to do 6 but knee went wonky on #4 so hopped in the Subaru to get home for some more icing. Thats why I'm having trouble with the weight thing after having this knee injury since June. Doctors keep telling me when you have pain don't forget the icing. Maybe I'm using the wrong flavour. Mmmm chocolate icing....

EZ core while watching Canada's top 50 inventions. DVR'd from a week ago. Unfortunately we programmed it wrong and it cut-off the top 10. Anybody remember the top 10? I reckon the pacemaker, hockey, light bulb, zipper, insulin and of course the wonderbra are all (pushed) up there.
