ARound the Bay Mega Mix run with Hans (plus some woods and the Bruce to Hwy #6. Ribs ache (especially on downhills). Legs felt awesome.

Setting out checkpoints for Adventure Nite at I. Heights. Pouring rain. Ribs were sore but legs were OK from the weekend.

GHO and Hamilton - 1st!
Reached top speed at times but still not as fast as hoped. Best race of the three.
Raced with Hans and Pam.

US Team Trials Long
Started out hard but injured my ribs and had trouble breathing (esp. since very congested). Almost quit but kept racing for Cities Challenge.

Warm-up and cool down (it was a long cool down because the result in the race was good).

US Team Trials - Short
Didn't ever reach top speed as ribs were a little sore but very congested. Navigated well except for #4, #7, and #10. Enjoyed the course, terrain and map. doesn't get much better that Harriman.

Golf/structuring @ Rockwood with GCG gang.
Sloppy technically. Ribs were OK. Too much coughing afterwards. Will just chill the next two days then decide if will race in US.

Easy pace orienteering in Dundas Valley (then night clinic afterwards). Ribs were sore but I was able to run so that is a step forward. Try again on Wed.

Tried to MTB but ribs are still too sore to train effectively. US Team Trials are doubtful. (INJURY Day #11 and counting).

Long fast hike at Lake Louise in snow (tried to run but ribs too sore still). Slipped on way down mountain which didn't help. Maybe ribs are more serious than originally thought.
