Orienteering 2:50:00 [2]

Orienteering @ Rockcliffe, Hendrie, Grindstone, Sassafras Woods & Tyandaga (great route chosen for a future Adventure Run). Snow has melted.
Good to run after few days of sickness.
The (almost) 3 hour work-out pushed me over 500 hours of training for 2002! Average: 82 minutes per day and over 9.5 hours per week. Highest annual total ever. Goal for 2003: 10 hours per week.

Skiing at Canmore Nordic with EW and SW. A mix of aerobic intervals, slow and easy. Great conditions but more snow in the Hammer.
