Note
(injured)

So a colleague said something to me today that I don't think I have ever had anyone say to me before

"Hey, you've lost weight"

:/

My knees are in really bad shape. The culprit? Training!

So I'm gonna take a break from Attackpoint so I can decrease my motivation to train.

ARK registration for next year is only one week in so far and we already have over 40% of the available spots taken (and that's after opening more spots). I guess we must be doing something right eh cause it took 7 weeks last summer to get this number of registrations for ARK.

Note

Thanks to Pathetic and all the wonderful ARK coaches for making ARK 2010-2011 so successful. Tonight was a great way to finish the season. Some kids ran the loop over 5 times. Special thanks to Turbo for the presentation and to Zoolander for putting it together. Hey Zoo one kid asked "how old do you need to be to take part in Adventure Science?" Registration for next season opened on Monday and within two days our sign-ups are almost at 50% of last season's sell-out number! Last year it took 22 days to reach where we are right now. Will we hit 150 kids for the autumn?

Avg attendance in Atlanta last season? 13,469

Time to sell out 3 to 5 years of 13,000 season tix in Winnipeg? 17 minutes

'nuff said.
