MTB with Snoop on radial line (snow too soft), mineral springs, weir's lane, valley road. Felt good but need to work on my hill climbing.

Easy run with Etoile at Ball's Falls. Awesome weather. A little icy. Felt good.

Fast course set by Sudden. First half in twilight then needed headlamp. Felt good. Elected to go really hard. No warm down. Hand to get back to Emma (sick).

Spring-like conditions - great for road biking. Easy pace with Etoile (worked extra hard on the hills).

Awesome run today. Mostly in woods or snow with Sudden, Tarno, Snoop, and Pam the Hustler. Included several speed work-outs and a classic "canyons" session at Forest Glen.

Skate ski at Camp Mercier. AWESOME conditions.
Hammered for 40km then did some double poling on the classic trails with Strack Attack and the J-man.

McCormack Canyons in deep snow with Snoop.
Very tiring (did them at the 1.5 hour mark of the long run). Snoop won 2-1 in best of 3. Times were 3:40, 3:15, 3:16 (Snoop 3:25, 3:16, 3:00) (S=8.5)

Long easy run in Dundas Valley with Snoop. Cold but sunny. Felt good. A character building run.

Fransson Interval Training at Chedoke.
Short intervals with a 'character building so we can kick ass at the NA Champs and WOC' interval to finish with. Felt good despite lack of sleep (S=3.5).

Training with (and pizza and bear party afterwards ) with: Sudden, Snoop and Pam theHustler.

W*A*R #3 at Chedoke Falls. Great course by Snoop. Climbed escaprment to #1, then into urban area, down the ski hill onto golf course. Then a run through the woods on the "Cleveland Rocks" loop and back onto golf course to the "Swedish Shrine". Hans and I had about the same time.

Fransson's Interval Training at Chedoke. It was almost like Sweden....roads, deep snow and stinky air from the Steel Mills. With Snoop, Sudden, and theRock. Had a little more fight this week.
