Precision compass training at McCormack (prep for Pig). Had trouble on acute angles across broad hills.

Snoop+theRock winners (4 seconds ahead of Hammer and Tarno). Killer climbs in a sick yet somehow fun kind of way. More of these next week?

Ran a fun course on the Louth base map, end to end and back with therock and snoop. Soft snow, some good hills. Lots of fun.

Longish warm-up and warm-down run along the Bruce Trail from 5th Ave / Victoria to Louth and back again (with Ball's Falls climb) after orienteering. With therock and snoop.
