Rail trail with Tarno. A little longer time wise today as his bike got stuck in a 'Jan Ullrich gear' but since he is racing Sulphur
tmrw we swapped bikes. Lots of out of the saddle on the way out to Copetown.
Bring on the Basillie-Hamilton Stanley Cup!! Am I the only Canadian that is happy Ottawa is out? Sens play brutally ugly hockey. Clutch and grab and hold. Though the guy from Landsbro Sweden is pretty good and is living up to the history of great athletes from that small town.
